Indulging in the fried fish at the hotel's restaurant was a culinary journey worth repeating. Matthew's exceptional service at the front desk and the convenient location close to the mall and airport were also highlights.

Tracking down the Iqnal and Six Sigma staff member for room setup was a bit of a scavenger hunt. The noisy training room didn't quite hit the mark, but the buzz of Dubai made it all part of the experience.

The helpful staff, like when they provided me with a bottle of water at night my first stay, makes me keep coming back. The hotel has everything I need and more, from free Wi-Fi to a fitness studio and VIP check-in/out. I am returning for New Year's.

One thing to improve would be the inconsistency in breakfast options for Indian dishes.

Copthorne is my go-to hotel in the city. the convenient location near the Metro Station, mosque, and shopping mall makes it a top choice. the mix of facilities caters to all needs, and the support from Mr Waleed and the staff is always outstanding.

I chose this hotel for a training session and found it to be an oasis within the bustling city, ideally positioned central to Dubai Creek and surrounding parks. The hotel provided excellent facilities for both business and leisure travelers, and the professional excellence in hosting conferences and special occasions was commendable.

The only service that I missed for my work was a dedicated business center with comprehensive support services.

The room upgrade we got was awesome, had a nice balcony and was spacious for a couple with a small baby, the location was super close to a shopping mall and metro station. The staff were all super friendly and helpful. The only bummer was the check-in took longer than expected and the room wasn't ready right away, but it wasn't a huge deal in the grand scheme of things 😉.

The rooms felt total home vibes. Meetings? Sorted! The team was all heart and the Gazebo terrace? Oh, the vibe there after a long day! Looking forward to my next stopover. Taxi to airport? No sweat. Locally infused dining was a cherry on top.

From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and provided exceptional service. the location was perfect, just a short walk from the City Center Deira metro station and a quick drive from the airport. Our suite was spacious and comfortable, with ample natural light and a lovely balcony. the bed was large and comfortable, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. the cleaning service was efficient and kept our room spotless. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast and spent relaxing moments by the beautiful swimming pool.

The hotel's decor was simply charming, with beautiful, comfortable seating areas where I could rest and admire the elegant furnishings. The general areas were spacious and well-lit, making it easy for senior people like myself to navigate without any trouble. I would ask for a better vacation experience for senior people if the hotel could ensure a more prompt response from the staff, especially during late hours. Crystal restaurant had an array of mouthwatering dishes, Choices Café for light bites, huge swimming pool, and 210 spacious rooms equipped with Wi-Fi. Leisure facilities include a gym, sauna, steam room, and spa. Gazebo Terrace offers relaxed Al Fresco dining with a view.

Oh, the joy of a broken down washing machine and a door that couldn't close properly. Just what I needed to top off my stay!

The Gazebo Pool Terrace: I had the most delightful evening at the pool terrace. The ambience was so relaxing, and the view of the Dubai Creek was breathtaking. It felt like a scene from a movie, with the warm breeze and the delicious Arabic mezze. It was truly a magical experience.
